Office
Office desk: kettle, mug, done
You skipped breakfast, you're at your desk, and there is a kettle somewhere on this floor. That is the entire equipment list.
Same pack, different morning
The pack works on its own — water or milk, and that's the method. These aren't a schedule to keep up with. They're the same pouch in six ordinary mornings: a desk before the first meeting, a PG room with no kitchen, a gym bag, a commute. Nothing here needs a kitchen you don't have or a shop you haven't already been to.

PG room
A room, a mug, and whatever you're allowed to plug in. No stove, no fridge you trust, and a mess that runs on someone else's timetable.
Post-workout
For the twenty minutes after training, when you want it to be food rather than another shake — and when the pack has been in your bag since yesterday.
Early start
For mornings you already know will be bad. The two minutes of work happen the night before, while you still have the patience for them.
Commute
For people who leave before they're hungry. Assembled in the time it takes to find your keys, eaten forty minutes later.
Lazy Sunday
The one here that takes real time — five minutes of work, then the oven does the rest. Worth it on the one morning a week where the time is the point.
